Where these schedules come from
Task timing follows the maintenance intervals recommended in your Pulte homeowner manual: monthly safety checks, seasonal HVAC and exterior care, and yearly service items. A few tasks come from the other manuals in your home:
- Rinnai tankless water heater manual
- ProCraft cabinetry care sheet
- Atlas Filtri filter cartridge label (replacement part numbers)
- Mavera homeowner tips from neighbors (marked as such; these are not in the Pulte docs)
On the Realistic pace, a few of Pulte's monthly checks run once a season instead, and each of those says so in its details. The By-the-book pace matches Pulte's full schedule. Every task lists its source at the bottom of its steps.
